We are seeking a motivated, organized HR Intern to support our growing home care agency with recruitment and onboarding. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in Human Resources, healthcare administration, or talent acquisition to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting caregivers, CNAs, and nurses.
- Post job openings, review applications, and schedule interviews.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork, employee files, and credential tracking.
- Help coordinate new-hire orientations and ensure hiring requirements are completed.
- Provide general HR administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field in the previous 1 year preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Some type of previous employment experience preferred.
