Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour

We are hiring dependable, compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities and promote independence, dignity, and community involvement.

Available Shifts

8:00 AM–4:00 PM
4:00 PM–12:00 AM
Open availability is a plus

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid Ohio DSP Certificate in My DODD
Valid Ohio Driver’s License
Valid auto insurance and reliable vehicle
Valid MUI/UI Certificate
Valid Medication Certification
Current CPR & First Aid Certifications
