BrightStar Care is Hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCA) and Caregivers – Boulder City Cases Available!

Client Location: Boulder City, NV 89005 
Available Shifts:
     • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
     • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $15–$17 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Weekend Availability: Saturday and/or Sunday availability required

As a PCA/Caregiver with BrightStar Care, you may assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including toileting, transfers, hygiene, companionship, mobility support, and household tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assisting with showers, personal hygiene, and bed baths
• Safe transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lifts
• Monitoring and reporting changes in condition
• Toileting assistance, including briefs, urinals, and bedpans
• Dementia and memory care support
• Repositioning and mobility assistance
• Transportation support as needed
• Pet care and comfort working around household animals

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or PCA experience required
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Reliable transportation (Boulder City commute required)
• Comfortable working around pets (cats/dogs common in client homes)
• Current physical and negative 2-step TB test
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
