Responsibilities:
- Wound vac management and monitoring
- Skilled nursing care in the home setting
- Medication administration and treatments
- Monitoring and documenting patient condition
- Communicating with physicians, families, and care teams
- Ensuring patient comfort, safety, and quality of care
Requirements:
- Current Texas LVN license in good standing
- Wound vac experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Home health or private duty experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Reliable transportation
