Pediatric Home Care LPN – Trach/Vent Case | 36 Hours Weekly | $31/hr Starting Pay

Are you an experienced or motivated LPN looking for a rewarding one-on-one pediatric home care opportunity? We are hiring a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for an infant patient in the home setting in Zanesville, Ohio.
This is a consistent long-term case offering a stable schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child’s life every day.
Patient Care Needs
- G-tube care and feedings
- Tracheostomy (Trach) care
- Ventilator monitoring and support
- Medication administration
- Skilled nursing assessments and documentation
LPN Responsibilities
- Provide direct one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home
- Monitor respiratory status and ventilator function
- Follow physician orders and care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely charting
- Communicate effectively with family members and clinical team
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care at all times
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay of $31 per hour

Qualifications
- Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Pediatric home care experience preferred
- Experience with G-tube, trach, and/or ventilator care preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to patient home
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Professional, compassionate, and dependable work ethic
