Join Our Team as a Pediatric Private Duty LPN
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one in-home care for a medically fragile 1-year-old pediatric patient in Canal Winchester, Ohio. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a direct impact by delivering personalized care in a supportive home environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-focused, and experienced or comfortable working with tracheostomy and G-tube care.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
- Monitor respiratory status and provide trach care as needed
- Administer G-tube feedings, medications, and site care
- Perform suctioning and airway management
- Monitor and document patient condition and report changes promptly
- Follow physician orders and individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Support a safe, nurturing, and family-centered environment
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Preferred Experience
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Experience with tracheostomy and G-tube care
- Home health or private duty nursing experience
