We are currently seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for a client with dementia in Columbus, Ohio.

We are currently seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for a client with dementia in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities
- Assist client with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Provide safe mobility assistance (1-person assist)
- Monitor safety and maintain a clean home environment
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Follow care plans and complete required documentation
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in home care, caregiving, or healthcare required
- Dementia care experience strongly preferred
- HHA or CNA experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and time-management skills
