Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Hospice Care Visits

$25 per Visit | Flexible Scheduling | Multiple Locations Available

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide hospice support visits for a partnered hospice company with multiple service areas available.

This role is ideal for CNA’s who are passionate about providing quality end-of-life care and are comfortable working independently in patient homes and facilities.

Locations Available

  •  Fort Worth 
  •  Dallas 
  •  Collin County 
  •  Arlington 
Position Details

  •  Pay: $25 per visit
  •  Visits are typically 1 to 1.5 hours long
  •  Flexible scheduling opportunities 
  •  Opportunity for consistent visits based on availability and location 
Requirements

  •  Active CNA certification 
  •  Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience required
  •  Hospice, home health, or skilled nursing experience preferred 
  •  Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills 
  •  Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license 
  •  Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in patient homes 
Responsibilities

  •  Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living 
  •  Support patients with dignity, compassion, and respect 
  •  Communicate changes in patient condition to the clinical team 
  •  Follow individualized care plans and hospice protocols 
  •  Maintain accurate visit documentation
