Now Hiring: Wound Care Nurses – Home Health/Hospice Support (DFW Area)
We are currently seeking experienced Wound Care Nurses to join our growing team providing in-home patient care throughout the DFW area. Candidates with wound care certification and experience using wound vacs are highly preferred.
Position Requirements:
- Active RN or LVN license in Texas
- Wound care experience required
- Certified Wound Care Nurse preferred
- Experience with wound vacs and advanced wound treatment
- Comfortable providing care in patient homes
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required
- Ability to document electronically on phone/tablet/computer
Responsibilities Include:
- Wound assessments and dressing changes
- Wound vac management and monitoring
- Patient and family education
- Coordination with hospice/home health teams
- Accurate electronic documentation
