BrightStar Care of Maple Grove & Andover is currently seeking a strong Business Development Manager for our non-Medicare,  Joint Commission accredited Home Care and Medical Staffing Agency. 

Benefits for Business Development (Sales) Manager

·         Total compensation comprised of base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 and commission of 2% for the first 6 months of client care with consideration of experience and can-do attitude.  
·         Complete benefits – Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K with 4% Match, PTO

Qualifications for Business Development Manager
  • High School Diploma Required.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, Sales, Marketing and/or equivalent experience with successful growth metrics is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in home care or healthcare setting with demonstrated implementation of growth/sales strategies. 
  • Track record of leading and developing strong client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize on the fly. 
  • Reliable Vehicle to use for work, Valid Driver's License with Clear Driving Record, Current Auto Insurance
  • Cleared TB test and NetStudy Fingerprinting or willingness to complete upon hire
  • Tech-Savvy; ability to use a laptop with Microsoft office suite, CRM and other client portal software consistently throughout each work day. 

The Business Development Manager’s role is responsible for overseeing the Revenue and Hours Growth of our home care and medical staffing agency. The right individual will have experience in Home Care Sales, Client Relationship Management, and be comfortable driving within our territory covering north/northwestern metro areas (Maple Grove, Anoka, Elk River, Monticello, Hugo, and surrounding communities). This position is a Road-Warrior and should expect to spend each day on the road throughout our territory with the ability to office from multiple locations.
