We are looking for a Part Time Physical Therapist to become part of a growing team that truly cares, apply today! Part-time hours regularly 24 hours per week or 12-15 visits per week. $75/Visit and $100/Assessment
Our Physical Therapist will work with the VA, long term care insurance, and national accounts. No Medicare or Medicaid.
** Traveling to a client’s home within our territory is a requirement **
Your Schedule, Pay & Location:
- Part time: 12-15 Visits per Week, Monday-Friday (Looking for at least 3 days of availability)
- $75 per visit / $100 per evaluation
- Weekly Pay
- North Metro Area (Maple Grove, Anoka, Monticello, Andover and surrounding communities)
A day in the life of our Physical Therapist:
As an Physical Therapist (PT), you will assess and evaluate, develop the plan of care and treatment. Participate in the development of the client's total plan of treatment and perform visits based on treatment plan

BrightStar PT Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as Physical Therapist
- Valid driver's license
- Current CPR Certification
- Current PT license for Minnesota
