Pediatric LPN – Specialized Home Care | Canal Winchester, OH | Fridays 5:30 AM–5:30 PM
Are you an LPN looking for a rewarding one-on-one pediatric care role? BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate nurse to provide specialized care for a pediatric patient with a tracheostomy in the Canal Winchester area.
This is a dedicated, weekly 12-hour shift—perfect for someone who values consistency and meaningful patient care.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care per the approved care plan
- Perform and manage trach care
- Assist with personal care and daily routines
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and clean home environment
- Observe, document, and communicate changes in the patient’s condition
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Ohio LPN license
- Trach care experience REQUIRED
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
