We are hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled care for a pediatric patient with a tracheostomy in a home setting. This role is ideal for nurses who value building strong relationships and delivering focused, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the Plan of Care
- Perform tracheostomy care and monitor respiratory status
- Assist with daily care needs and ensure patient safety
- Accompany the patient on the school bus to and from school and home
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Experience with tracheostomy care preferred training available
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation for travel to client home
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Professional, dependable work ethic
Pay & Benefits:
