We are hiring a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for a child in Dublin, Ohio. This position is ideal for an LPN who enjoys working with children and making a meaningful difference in a family’s daily life.
Patient Details
- Pediatric patient with Cerebral Palsy
- G-Tube care and feedings
- Seizure care and monitoring
- Hearing impairment
- Muscle weakness
- School bus supervision required
Must be able to ride the school bus with the patient from home to school and from school to home.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
· 11:15am- 6:30pm or until 7pm
No weekends

Qualifications
- Active Ohio LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- G-Tube experience preferred (paid training provided)
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Recent negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Must be able to ride the school bus with the patient
