Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver – Part-Time | $16/hr | Hilliard, OH
BrightStar Care is seeking a reliable and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in Hilliard, OH. This is a consistent part-time schedule with a supportive team environment.
Schedule:
- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay:
- $16.00 per hour
Client Overview:
- Client with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- Occasional mood swings – requires patience and professionalism
- In-home care setting
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a safe, calm, and structured environment
- Observe and report changes in condition or behavior
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care
Requirements:
- Experience with TBI, behavioral care, or similar conditions preferred
- Ability to remain calm and supportive during mood changes
- Must stay engaged and attentive (no cellphone use during shifts)
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication skills
