Schedule
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3pm-11pm

What You’ll Do
- Assist individuals with daily living and personal care
- Administer medications according to care plans
- Support independence and community involvement
- Provide transportation to appointments and activities
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
- Active Ohio DODD DSP Certification
- Current Medication Administration Certification
- Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Social Security Card
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
