Join BrightStar Care and make a difference with a wonderful pediatric patient in the Gahanna area. This patient requires tracheostomy (trach) care and G-tube support, and is looking for a dedicated nurse to provide attentive, high-quality care in a comfortable home setting.
Patient Care Needs
- Tracheostomy (trach) care
- G-tube feedings and medication administration
- Ongoing monitoring and skilled nursing care
Responsibilities
- Provide care according to the individualized Plan of Care
- Perform trach care and manage G-tube feedings
- Assist with daily activities and personal care
- Monitor and document patient condition and changes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
Qualifications
- Active Ohio LPN license
- Experience with trach and G-tube care (preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
