Pediatric LPN – 1:1 Night Shift Care (Thornville, OH)

BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care for a wonderful patient in the Thornville, Ohio area. If you’re looking to step away from large caseloads and focus on personalized, relationship-driven care, this role is for you.
Our pediatric patient is visually impaired and G-tube dependent, and their family is searching for a dedicated nurse who delivers skilled care with kindness, patience, and heart.
Position Details
- Location: Thornville, OH
- Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Pay: Starting at $31.00/hour
- Additional Opportunities: Other shifts available throughout Columbus and surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care per the established Plan of Care
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care
- Provide G-tube care and monitoring
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing home environment
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Build positive, trusting relationships with the client and family
Qualifications
- Active Ohio LPN license
- 1+ year of G-tube experience preferred (Willing to Train)
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Recent negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
