What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and transfers
- Support clients with mobility exercises as defined by their care plan
- Run errands: grocery shopping, pharmacy, doctor appointments
- Provide companionship and daily assistance
- Document observed changes and communicate with the Director of Nursing
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle recommended
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Strong communication skills in English
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist clients as needed
- Commitment to client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
COVID-19 vaccine encouraged but not required
Work Location
- On the road – visiting clients in the Howell, MI area
