Location: Columbus, OH 43206
Schedule: Weekends , 7am-7pm
Pay: $31 per hour

BrightStar Care of Columbus is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one home care for a client needing G-tube support.
Responsibilities
- Perform G-tube feedings
- Follow seizure protocols and monitor client health
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow the Plan of Care
Requirements
- Active Ohio LPN license (Required)
- CPR certification and recent TB test or chest X-ray (Required)
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance (Required)
- Clear background and drug screening
- Experience with G-tube or seizure care preferred (training provided)
