•Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
•7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Position Summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one
private duty nursing care for a long-term adult client in Marysville, OH. This position
offers consistent scheduled shifts and clinical support in a home care setting.

Client Information
•Adult client with quadriplegia
•Tracheostomy and G-Tube support
•Uses power wheelchair, hospital bed, and Hoyer lift
•Oral medication administration
•Pet present in the home

Job Responsibilities
•Provide skilled nursing care, including tracheostomy and G-Tube care
•Assist with transfers using appropriate equipment
•Support activities of daily living as needed
•Monitor, document, and report patient status
•Maintain a safe and organized care environment
•Communicate with family members and clinical team

Qualifications
•Active Ohio LPN license in good standing
•Trach and G-Tube experience preferred; training available
•Current CPR certification
•Recent TB test or chest X-ray
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
•Ability to pass background check and drug screening
•Dependable and professional work ethic
