Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals and physicians.
- Conduct presentations and community outreach to promote home health services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage and track sales leads and client interactions using CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and families.
- Attend networking events and health fairs to enhance community presence.
- Analyze market trends to identify competitive advantages and challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare or home health services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for helping others and improving community health.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
