Job Responsibilities:

As a valued CNA on our team, you will:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
  • Help with mobility and transfers, including the use of wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents.
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses and office staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
  • Follow all infection control practices and participate in training.
  • Adhere to facility protocols, state regulations, and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Current physical exam (within the last 12 months) – Required
  • Current TB test results (within the last 12 months) – Required
  • High school diploma or GED – Required
  • Current and valid CNA certification – Required
  • CPR certification – Required
  • At least 1 year of CNA experience – Preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work effectively as part of a team
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
