Job Responsibilities:

As a valued CNA on our team, you will:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
Help with mobility and transfers, including the use of wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents.
Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses and office staff.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
Follow all infection control practices and participate in training.
Adhere to facility protocols, state regulations, and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

Current physical exam (within the last 12 months) – Required
Current TB test results (within the last 12 months) – Required
High school diploma or GED – Required
Current and valid CNA certification – Required
CPR certification – Required
At least 1 year of CNA experience – Preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work effectively as part of a team
Must pass a background check and drug screening
