Female Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Visits ($38–$40 per hour)

What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes under the supervision of an RN.
- Perform medication administration, wound care, G-tube feeding, and disease monitoring.
- Accurately document all visits within 24 hours using BrightStar systems.
- Observe and report changes in condition promptly to the supervising RN.
- Educate clients and families on safety, medication, and care plans.
Schedule

Flexible Hours – you control your schedule.
- Weekday, evening, and weekend visits available.
- Typical visits last 1 hours
Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: $38–$40 per hr (based on experience and visit type)

Weekly Pay
- RN supervision and 24/7 clinical support
Requirements
- Active New Jersey LPN license and CPR certification

1+ year of experience (home health, LTC, or subacute preferred)
- Reliable transportation within Camden County
- Strong documentation accuracy and communication skills
