What You’ll Do
- Conduct OT assessments for ADLs, IADLs, and safety
- Develop individualized care plans with measurable goals
- Provide training in adaptive strategies, energy conservation, and home modifications
- Educate patients/caregivers on safety and independence techniques
- Document per NJ DOH, Medicare, and BrightStar standards
- Collaborate with the care team to maximize patient outcomes
What We Need
- NJ Occupational Therapy license in good standing
- 1+ year OT experience (home health preferred)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation in Camden/Cherry Hill
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient education skills
Compensation: $62.00 per hour
