We have an office position available for a self-driven, high-energy individual to work with a highly motivated team of medical staff and office staff. This position monitors work schedules, maintains department scheduling guidelines, very suitable for someone interested in growth.
You will be in charge of handling customer scheduling, answering phone calls, text messages and ensuring that customers receive excellent service overall. You will need to have attention to detail, be focused and organized.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring customer information is updated in the system and confirming customer shifts
- Resolve scheduling conflict as they occur
- Coordinates customer schedule requests
- Courteously receiving incoming telephone calls
- Customer service focused, problem solving, clear written and spoken communication, time management, good judgment and decision making
- Ability to work in a team environment and to collaborate with a variety of individuals in a positive manner
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Twelve months of experience in patient scheduling or equivalent experience working in a medical office environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Customer service experience and proficient computer skills required, preferably in a windows environment with medical management or other scheduling system.
