What You’ll Do:
You’ll provide essential non-medical and personal care that helps clients remain safe and independent at home:
- Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Meal preparation and feeding support
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Mobility support and transfers
- Companionship and emotional support
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Observing and reporting client condition changes
- Following individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience required
- CNA certification preferred (not required for experienced caregivers)
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR certification required
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility needs
Ideal Candidates Have Experience As:
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
- Caregiver
- Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
- Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Patient Care Assistant
