What the Role Involves:
You’ll provide essential non-medical home care services that help clients maintain safety, comfort, and independence:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Preparing meals and providing feeding assistance when needed
- Medication reminders and daily routine support
- Light housekeeping and household organization
- Helping with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Driving clients to appointments and errands
- Observing and communicating changes in client condition
- Following individualized care instructions
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience required
- CNA certification preferred but not required for experienced caregivers
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and assist with physical care needs
